Is it possible to navigate to a Sharepoint Site from a Confluence Page?

I have seen the confluence connectivity but I think this is for sharing content, and we may simly be looking to redirect via a URL on a confluence page to an existing sharepoint site..

I'd suggest to use HTML include macro or use an iframe within HTML macro.
