how do I reactivate license after paying license extention in confluence interface?

I have reactivated my license , please instruct me how to enter the new license  detail in the system

Confluence (Server) 10 Users: Starter License
- Support Entitlement Number: SEN-13086306
- Licensed To: Weizmann Institute of science
- Support Period: 01 Jan 2019 - 01 Jan 2020

Uriel,

Your license key can be found from my.atlassian.com. I think this is what you're referring to when you say you need a serial number.

For more details have a look at Viewing and Updating Your Product Licenses Details under Locate, copy, and enter your license key.

There is no license that I can see that is associated with your email address, but I can tell you the SEN you provided is currently valid through 01 Jan 2020. You will need to ask the primary billing contact for your company to login and obtain the license key for you.

I Iooked at the instructions but the SEN-13086306 isn't valid , I need some serial number ,

should this be a new serial number given by you ?

should I send you the invoice ?

You can update your license either via the UI, or manually, through the confluence.cfg.xml file:
