I am looking for percentage wise worklog report for each assignee in project.
Report should show logged worked in percentage.

Could you please clarify what percentage you mean - all logged work, estimated work?
This viewer from our add-on Worklog History PRO will help you to summarize all logged work for the project, and after that you can export it to CSV, where you can calculate percentage for each assignee. More details can be found here.
