Add a field from Epics to a report for stories

Question

I am using issueFunction in linkedIssuesOf(<subquery>) to pull issues from epics for a specific component. We use the FixVersion field for Epics but don't populate it for stories. I would like to have this value shown for the stories that are linked to the epics.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks Leo, but this is not exactly what I'm looking to do. The fix version field is already available in the story, we just don't require the teams to populate it. So instead of adding a field or updating the value of the fix version field in the story, I would like to pull the value from the epic using a filter that makes use of the fact that the story belongs to the epic.

Is this possible?
