DUE DATES!!

We cannot find a way to make due dates notify us of when the set date comes and goes. Is there a way it can?

 

We use Jira as parts date base and purchase request in production. We know the production frequency and want notifications set to help us not forget the small items that hold up final production.

You could set up a filter, and then set up a subscription to email the results

Something like

project ="Name" AND resolution is EMPTY AND duedate <= 0d
