I want to know how to get past bitbucket invoices that have been paid, I don't see them in our bill payment settings.

if you're the main billing contact for your Atlassian account you'll be able to see them in my.atlassian.com. Note that you'll only be able to see invoices that were sent from the moment you became the main billing contact. If this was a different person in the past, you won't be able to see previous invoices.
