Media Player with Closed Captioning..?

We have videos we add to Knowledge Base using the "Multimedia" macro, but it doesn't offer closed captioning. Is there a macro similar to it that does?

Not that I am aware of, unfortunately. You could try to the track element and include it using an HTML macro:

Adding captions and subtitles to HTML5 video
