How do I set up my service desk?

I go to this page:

When I am in Jira, if I click the + link, I just create a new issue.

What am I doing wrong here? I can see Service Desk in my billing, but I don't see any options that are shown in the set up settings.

Hi @Brian Garside,

Did you create a new project? Without a Service Desk Project, you won't be able to use service desk features.
