Manage Filters -> Subscription Emails to people related to Issue

I have set the filter and want to add a subscription to receive the filtered issues via email. Instead of just me or a particular group receiving the notification; I want the following users to get the email:

1. Reporter

2. Assignee

3. People Watching the Issue

Is that possible within JIRA? Else what would be the alternate ways to achieve that?

This is currently not possible in JIRA out of the box.

The feature request below was reported with a scenario similar to yours (to notify assignees and reporters). You may vote on the improvement to increase its visibility with development:
