Customer notifications templates

Hi,

I'm customizing Service Desk customer notifications templates for projects but I found a strange behaviour.

For some projects my changes work good, for others the same changes work wrong.

In particular I can't delete the line in the first row.

Where is it stored?

Hi Matteo, 

As far as I am aware, you can't remove this line - as that is what differentiates replies with inline text and previous comments.
