Merge on develop branch triggers all Bamboo Branch Plans

Everytime we merge a branch to our base branch (develop) Bamboo triggers all our ~50 Branch Plans. We checked our configuration, there is no auto-merge enabled. Is there any way to configure this inside our yaml file?
