How to perform Remedy tool to Jira Service Desk Migration on Server
Export the data from Remedy into a format that Jira can read, and import it.
There are some tools in the marketplace that might help you, but there is not a lot more we can tell you about a "migration" until you define what you want to migrate and how the data in your legacy system needs to be represented in Jira.
