Can't save my workflow

for a Service Desk project I created a new workflow. Unfortunately I can't save it and I'm not understanding the error massage:

the draft workflow is the workflow in the first picture.

The problem is the status Open I suppose it was removed... Try to include the Open Status and Publish... after that:

Create new workflow as a copy (that way it will be inactive)
Add/remove all the transitions and status you need
Associate the workflow with your scheme and the issue types again to activate it
Run through the wizard
Done
