Could you please Recommend JIRA application memory sizing for 2000 users in JIRA 7.13
Hello,
Based on the user count alone approximately 16GB System memory and a 4GB Heap size would be the recommendation for a Large-scale size instance per the Jira Sizing Guide.
But there are a lot of different things to consider in tuning the performance and I would recommend also looking over the following documentation for additional details on memory tuning:
