Check your user management but those are probably two different user groups.
Go to cog -> User management -> groups check if those groups exist there.

To be more specific, where exactly do you use this terms?
Are you editing the permission scheme or?
Because when I google eider one of these terms I don't get a specific answer so I'm guessing they are user groups.
