Is there impact on logged in user during the import op projects with the standard JIRA project importer?
It might run a little slower, and if the users are creating issues, they may add them in the middle of your import block, or see unexpected jumps in numbers. (E.g. they create abc-123, you start an import of 100 issues, they expect their next issue to be created as abc-124 or abc-125 maybe, but it jumps to abc-224 )That's about it really.
