I changed my account email and I lost all my repositories

I changed my email alias on Bitbucket and when I connect to Bitbucket with my new alias, I don't see my old repositories.

Also, if I try to connect with and old email, I'm unable to connect with the old email.

However, on my PC which uses my old email, I can still commit, pull and push to my repositories.

For clarification reasons, when you say:

• I changed my email alias... - where the change was made and were you using email address as your username?
• ...on Bitbucket... - are you referring to Bitbucket Server or Bitbucket Cloud?

Based on the description provided, it seems you are referring to Bitbucket Server and email address is being used as username to authenticate to the application. If this is the case, when updating the way to authenticate to the application (renaming the username) a new user gets created, so a user mapping should be run, informing that old user and new user are the same, therefore, permissions should be preserved.

If the above is true, I would strongly suggest you on raising a Support Case with Atlassian, so they can assist you and/or your Bitbucket Server administrator with this merge procedure.

Now, in regards to continue on being able to pull and push to your repositories, perhaps you are using SSH as authentication method (e.g ssh://git@localhost:7999/projectKey/repositorySlug.git) in which authenticates to repositories in a different manner.

Please, provide us with more information to the issue so we can guide you to its resolution.
