Hi guys, is there specific reason why kanban boards don't have anonymous access? I'm not seeing any problem with such option as its really nice to give community overview of whats being done (for guests).
Hi @Nelica,
By default when you create a board, filter is shared with project group . But you can modify the filter to Public shares. So it can be accessed to anonymous.

Hello @Nelica
For anonymous access you would have to make the underlying filter Public, as shared by @Sid but also you would need to make sure that the issues contained in that filter can be accessed anonymously and for that you would need to provide anonymous access to the projects.

But be careful with this if your Jira is hosted on internet because then the issues will become not only available to all users but also to web search crawlers.
Hi, thanks for reply but its still not working, they do not see it.
It is because your project is not shared with anonymous, You also need to share your project anonymous in permission schemes
Yes, as @Tarun Sapra, mentioned below you need to be sure that your data is not shared publicly which might cause serious damages
Hi thanks for reply however still not working
Hi @Nelica , I found this in the support confluence: "Note that anonymous users will have access equivalent to Jira Core users. In other words, they can view issues and work in any type of project, but they won't see application-specific features, e.g. agile boards, which are Jira Software-specific features. See Jira applications and project types overview for more information."
I would also appreciate anonymous access, esp. for corporate networks.
