How to create linked issue from JIRA project to Service Desk

I'm trying to setup the ability to create a linked issue in a JIRA Project that was created in Service Desk. I see the process, but I can't see the JIRA Projects. Played around with the permission schemes, didn't find anything. Any suggestions or documentation?

Hello,

Could you clarify more what you mean that you can't see the Jira Project?

If you choose Projects -> View all projects, then the list is empty?

When I View all projects I only see the other Service Desk Projects, I don't see the JIRA projects.

Well, that's a good question. We are in the setup process here. So, this has never been used in this manner. I am logged in as a Service Desk admin. But I guess maybe that doesn't give me rights in JIRA?
