How can I search 'Assignee was' JQL statement in SQL level?

Dear Guys,

 

The JQL statement 'Assignee was' is one of useful statement for me to analyze employee performance.

 

We apply BI tool and deep dive Jira database via SQL. I have a question that how can I search 'Assignee was' JQL statement in SQL level?

 

Could you share SQL example?

Dear Nate, hi!

There two tables for change history: changeGroup and change item.

Change group is a container for cahnges. Changeitem stores information about elements, changed.
