Hi Amit,

Thank you for reaching out to Atlassian Community!
The Add trigger option only appears if BitBucket, Stash, Fisheye or Crucible are connected on your Jira.
Once you integrate one of these products on Jira, you will be able to configure triggers on the workflow.
Please, let us know if you are facing any issue to connect one of the products.
