Box in Confluence plugin license problem - solved

Nick Vvedensky

When I try to use Box Folder plugin and start Authorize with Box, I recieve message:

No valid license is installed or your license has expired.

rev. info: Box in Confluence v. 1.3.0 (evaluation) for Confluence 4.0 - 4.3.5

Best regards. Nick Vvedensky.

Hello Nick,

This sounds like a case that you may wish to open a support case with Appfusions.

https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.appfusions.confluence.plugins.box.box-in-confluence/version/1300/support

They will be able to tell you a bit more about what is missing to make box work as expected. I would make sure you have your plugin license handy as wll as the version of Conlfuence you are using when you open the support case.
