Setup new email address on Jira cloud version

Hello,

We are using the Atlassian cloud version of Jira.

It seems a default email address for our company is already available on the atlassian.net domain. In our case it is: jira@vlaamseoverheid.atlassian.net

I am wondering how I can add an extra email address for the same domain:

for instance incidents@vlaamseoverheid.atlassian.net

Thanks for the reply. I do not want to create a new IMAP Mail server. I just want to create a new email address, on which I will specify a dedicated email handler.

BTW. That email address might be in the same domain as jira@vlaamseoverheid.atlassian.net, but that is actually not a requirement.

Thank you for raising this question.

Unfortunately, it's not possible to create new IMAP Mail Servers using the same domain as the default incoming e-mail of JIRA. This functionality is only available for JIRA Service Desk application and it works on a per-project basis.

However, you can add new custom e-mails to your JIRA site if you want by following the instructions below:
