Can JIRA aggregate Fix Version/s across projects in a filter or gadget?

Question

Not sure if this is supported, but I have a filter like:

project in ( "ABC", "XYZ")  AND issuetype = "Story" ORDER BY fixVersion ASC

The version names are in the format dd-MMM-YYYY.

The output of the filter doesn't place issues with the same fix version (but different projects) together.

Additionally, if I try and use this filter in a Two Dimensional Filter gadget, I get duplicate rows for Fix Versions that coincide with issues from separate projects.

Is this because although the Fix Version/s are named the same, they are treated as separate objects by JIRA for the purpose of JQL?

We are using Jira Two Filter Dimensional Gadget, the fix version is shown multiple times if it’s used in different projects.

For example, I have 5 projects am I using the same fix versions for all the projects. But when added the gadget in dashboard the fix version is showing multiple times.
