When we tag a person in a comment in a jira request, that user recieves an email from jira with the comment.
We have noticed that if that user is either a watcher or the reporter of the request, and is tagged, they don't get an email with the tagged comment, just an email with a notification that someone has commented on the request. Because the user only gets one e-mail when a comment has been made one the request, even though the user is reporter, watcher and is tagged, we want the email with the comment where the user is tagged to have a higher priority than an email you get as a reporter or watcher (hopefully you understand me).
This has caused problems for some users, but as I understand the issue this wasn't a problem before (seems to have changed sometime last year or early this year).
How can I make sure that the email where the user is tagged has the highest priority, and that user will recieve that email and not an email as a watcher or a reporter?
