I am developing internal tools support workflow. When a user submits ticket, I wold like to capture which project relates to the ticket. Basically this way I can capture the business unit/group impacted by the request.
In my "Support Request" type I would like to add drop down list of projects in Jira for reporter to select from.
Can someone point me on how I would I go about doing this? At this point I don't have any script runner etc due to site limitations so Jira Out of the box functionality will be much appreciated.
