how to activate service desk team role

Post adding agents to users and roles tab, we haven't received any email to activate

@Rakesh Kumar Perumandla, I don’t understand your question. Are you saying you added an agent to JSD (invite team) entering their email and they did not receive? Or is there some other issue?
