How to import tickets in Bulk ticket in json format

I want to migrate data from freshdesk to JIRA , i am having tickets from freshdesk in JSON format

Jira is not very flexible with input format but here is a page that describes what it expects: https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver072/importing-data-from-json-829827228.html

Now you'll just have to transform your JSON (hopefully not too much).
