Is there a way for requests to come in with the office location of a user is at next to the subject? Ex: Houston - Can't connect to monitor

When you say "come in", do you mean via email, submitted through the create button, submitted via JSD portal, other?
I mean via email.
What is the source for the office location?
Source? I'm not sure what you mean! But if I can have something in place where depending on who the individual is then it will come through with a location on it that would be great.
