When I start Confluence only the HTML is displayed.

I just installed Confluence 30 day trial. I successfully installed the application but when I start it I do not get the GUI, I only get text.

Could you let me know your Confluence, database, and Java versions?

Are you able to replicate this problem on several computers and browsers?

Are you behind a proxy or firewall?

What error messages do you see in the Confluence server logs and the Developer Console of your browser?
