Scheduled automation with attachments

Here are the two tasks that we need to accomplish:

1. Scheduled automation that creates a ticket that includes an attachment.  We have a daily checklist that needs to be filled out and would like to create a daily occurring ticket that is automatically assigned to someone.

2. Scheduled automation export that exports a report from Jira and posts it to a location.  We would like to schedule a weekly export of activity on our Jira boards and have that export posted as a csv file to a specified location.

 

Is there a plugin that can do both of these tasks?

Interesting, first of all, we can actually do it via script runner and schedule the running of script whatever time we decided.

The question is, where do we get the attachment from? Is it generated from other sources? Personally, this is the hard part of doing it.
