I have Estimate story points twice on my tickets. One is populated (from our planning meeting) and the other is not.

I am not sure that I understand your question. But I guess, you created two Strory Points fields in your Jira and attached both of them to the issue edit, create and view screens. Just remove one of these fields from the screens (project settings -> screens).
Thank you, Alexey. On the quick view within the "Active Sprints" board it was showing "Story point estimate" twice - one was populated and the other was not. I followed your instructions and was able to correct this issue. Again, thank you.
