display hours logged per user on a specific project

Is there a way to view total hours spend per user on any given project? I can't even find a place to find total hours logged per subtask. It just displays the total hours spent on that subtask. 

Did anyone run into this problem, and if so, is there a solution or a way to check it?

Does the total at the bottom display how many hours were spent by the entire team on a sub task, or does that display how many hours the specific individual spent on the subtask?
