My Google Sheets integration is not working with Jira issue list

Hi,

I integrated google sheets with JIRA software using the following reference link.

https://mobilitystream.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/GSI/pages/270991757/Installation/

After successful integration I am trying to export the issues list but it shows the follwing error. Screenshot from 2018-11-21 20-45-24.png
