JIRA Service Desk Annual Subscription

I want to subscribe to the annual package for JIRA Service Desk. The monthly subscription totals to $3600 for 15 users, but the annual subscription is $3000. Hence why I want to go for the annual option. Within JIRA I can't see the option for the annual subscription.

Any ideas on where I can select this?
