My team is new to JIRA and would like to export data from JIRA by making a call for data. This call would be daily. We would like to specify which Boards we call for interogation. Is there a simple way??
You should use the REST API to draw out the data you want. Have a look at https://developer.atlassian.com/server/jira/platform/rest-apis/ to get started
There's no way to grab "boards" though, as they're an interpreted view of a data set. You'll need to replicate the queries behind them.
