I was clicked on 'Complete' by mistake for a Story.

 I want to move this Story to Sprint but not appearing in Backlog...how can I get this?

I presume 'Complete' sets a resolution so it won't appear in the backlog. You need to clear the resolution field. The only way to do that is to use a transition from the current state to whatever state you want it to go to and use a post function in the transition to CLEAR the resolution field.
