Issues with adding new users to the team

Hello,

Our Administrator tries to add the new users in Confluence according to the tutorial, but it does not make any good. She receives the information that our limit of accounts is reached. She cannot add a new user.

We sent a request to the support, but there is no answer from their side. Probably, some of you guys are aware of how to manage?

Hi Eugenia,

To expand the number of people that can use Confluence you need to purchase a license that allows for more users.

Alternatively if you have users that no longer work there and have no need to use Confluence you can remove them from having access to Confluence which will free up a license and allow you to add new users.

Our problem is that it is not possible to expand the limit, and we have no idea is it the system issue or the problem is on our side.
