one of them the backlog contain all issues listed
but the spring is always empty

Whenever the ticket will create then it enters into backlog only, Once you create a Sprint, it's also an empty from backlog you need to add the issues to sprint and start working on it.
i have created issues in sprint and not appear in it
issues appear in search but not in sprint
Ok, then check whether the board column name is correctly mapped with associated workflow status from board settings.
