Restore full permission for one user on a confluence space

Hello All,

I have removed a user who has full permission, and added a user group. By mistake, I did not grant the group the full permission on the confluence space, so now, no one has full access on this space now.

How can I rectify the situation? I am a site-admin on my company account. Is there a way? If not, How can I contact the Atlassian helpdesk?

Hi @mohamad,

welcome to the community.

As Site Admin, you can go to Settings -> Space Permissions. There should be all spaces listed.

Choose the right space und you should be able to set the right permissions.

If you want to reach out to the Atlassian Support, just go to https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/
