Jira Agile

Question

I am trying to get all boards by calling "rest/agile/1.0/board/" using javascript routine from another application but I always got 401 Authorization Required and "Reason: CORS preflight channel did not succeed", I use Basic authentication method, but when I call rest/api/2/issue/ from the same javascript routine and same application and same authentication method it works good,

the user I used for basic authentication has "JIRA Software" applicationRoles

could you please tell me what is missing?

Hi @Earl McCutcheon is there an update on this? I'm still experiencing it and there doesn't seem to be an update on the ticket you linked, and I can't seem to find any other information.

Hi Christine,

This is a BUG in the API and CORS we are tracking here:

Add yourself as a watcher to get updates on a fix or workarounds as they become available, but there are not any workarounds at this time using CORS and the Jira Software API's.
