Custom field to display text and be non editable in the create screen

Hi,

I need to display a default text using custom field in the create screen.

Message field will work. But i would like to know are there any other ways to achieve this without using any plugins?

Hello,

If you are on Cloud, you can use the Message Custom Field.

If you are on Server, you can not achieve it without a plugin.

Why you do not want to use the Toolkit Plugin for Jira plugin? It is a free add-on.
