Chrome Users Unable to Edit or Comment on Issues

I have been receiving an increasing number of Jira users reporting that they are unable to comment on or edit issues when using Chrome. Using a different browser seems to alleviate the problem. There has been some possible correlation to Duo, but I'm not sure if that is the cause. Are there any other admins in the community that have seen anything similar?

 

We are running an older version of Jira (7.3.8), which could also be a culprit.

Not sure what would cause this.  But the fact that other browsers work is interesting.  I would recommend using Chrome, finding a user that can recreate this problem, and then have that user generate a HAR file.

I suspect that this HAR file will show some kind of HTTP error codes that will provide more information.
