How to add custom values in Labels: field in Jira Service Desk

Please assist me how to add custom values in Labels: field , I want to add many values int he same field or let me know how to remove labels: field from the layout or screen so that I can use custom field.

 

I have created custom field but couldn't find the way to add the same field to layout.

 

We are using an email to create service request.

 

Attached is the screenshot for the same which is highlighted in yellow color .

Welcome to the community!

1) Labels are autocomplete renderers that populate fields based on the characters that you type in the field and if no labels found, it will prompt you to create one on the fly. You can add many labels for a single issue.

2) If you do not want to see this field you can hide the field in your field configuration. You can refer this doc to know how to get this done.
