Hey i am purchasing jira, confluence, service desk and crowd. In a few months i will need more licenses. How can i estimate the total cost?

Usually you request for upgrade of a license to a higher tier. You can buy/upgrade directly or if you can reach to some of your local Atlassian Partners that might do everything for you and maybe give you some small discount.
