Failed to enable zephyr add-on

Hi,I have installed jira 6.0.I have downloaded the zephyr add-on and installed successfully in jira.But when i enable it,i m facing "timeout error" and some times it is showing "your license is invalid".Please guide me to enable the zephyr add-on in jira 6.0

Hi Balachandar,

It looks like you are looking at two things.

1. Timeout Error: Is this an error that pops up on a screen? Or is it in the logs only?

2. License Invalid: This could be two things you are seeing:

A) Wrong license location:

There are two non-interchangeable locations to install a license file. The correct location is determined by where you got the license, either from Atlassian or from Zephyr.

B)  This could be the most recent UPM from JIRA not seeing the license in the Atlassian location when the license is actually valid in the Zephyr location. Zephyr does have plans to migrate all Zephyr-sourced licenses to the Atlassian location soon to eliminate these issues.

You're going to need to tell us more.  When you try to enable it, what does your log file say, and what are the symptoms as it fails?  (where does the timeout error occur?)
