Active Directory user accounts are randomly becoming inactive. You can see them in Jira but they show up as inactive with an x. And sometimes a manual re-sync of active directory will bring them back as Active.
Also, the access to the Our service desk project has been granted through a Universal Security group in AD. Only the child domain users are affected. The security group has like 14 members. After the Automatic AD sync in Jira the group shows 0 members.
Also, its only affecting users in our child domain.
