Sprint is closing and I need to move non complete issues (might be only few sub-tasks) to new sprint (sprint to be started). What JQL script would generate list from moved issues ?

try spint was ‘value of old sprint’
that should help. Note though that if an issue was ever in the sprint you mentioned then it’ll also be listed.
