Retrive Issues without worklog during a time

Question

Hi

I'm going to create a filter that show all of issues that users didn't enter any worklog for them during a specific time. How I can do it?

By go in to detail, my manager want to see a list of all employees that hadn't registered any log for thier daily work at the same day or during a time.
I'm going to solve it with JIRA's Internal plugin. Like Project reports or It's internal JQL.

If you use plugins like JQL Tricks plugin, you can try this:

issue not in workLoggedBetween(startDate,endDate,[user])

User is optional.
