Bitbucket Server: "View all public repositories" equals 404 Dead Link. Fix?

Bitbucket Server 5.15.0: "View all public repositories" results in 404 Dead Link. Is there a fix?

I also see Dead Link if I log out and click on the Bitbucket logo. This goes to "<hostname>:/repos?visibility=public"

There -ARE- public repo's hosted on the server. I did not add the special entry to bitbucket.properties which prevents public access.

Bitbucket Server is proxied by Apache2 on the same machine, perhaps an issue there?

Apache-2.2: If I have "ProxyPreserveHost On", it is broken. If I comment that out everything works properly but I end up with the port number showing in the URL, which I don't want. The other Atlassian apps I run work fine with that line enabled, without showing the port number in the URL. Is there something I'm missing in bitbucket.properties?

When I proxy through Apache2 it exhibits the above problem. Going directly to <hostname>:7990 makes things work fine, so it's definitely a proxy issue. Will investigate further.
